This Subscription Policy explains how Zodiaq memberships, recurring billing, plan changes, cancellations, and digital access work.
1. Membership Billing
Some Zodiaq products may be sold as recurring memberships. When you subscribe, you authorize Zodiaq and its payment processor, Stripe, to charge your selected payment method on the billing cycle shown at checkout.
2. Digital Access
Membership access may include Ask Zodiaq credits, saved profiles, reports, forecasts, account tools, or other digital features based on the plan selected at checkout. Access is provided digitally and may depend on account sign-in.
3. Plan Changes
If upgrades, downgrades, or plan changes are available, changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on Stripe settings and the offer selected at checkout.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel an active membership through your account tools when available or by contacting support. Canceling prevents future membership charges, but it does not refund charges that have already been processed.
5. No Refunds
All Zodiaq products are digital products generated specifically for the customer based on information provided during checkout. Because digital reports, forecasts, compatibility readings, name analysis reports, date selection reports, Feng Shui reports, and Ask Zodiaq credits are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all purchases are final.
Subscription payments, membership fees, digital readings, Ask Zodiaq credits, and generated reports are final once purchased, unless a refund is required by applicable law.
6. Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment. Access may be paused, limited, or canceled until payment is successfully completed.
7. Technical Delivery
If a technical issue prevents delivery of a purchased product, Zodiaq will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue and provide access to the purchased content.

8. Entertainment Only
Zodiaq is provided for entertainment, educational, and personal reflection purposes only. All astrology, BaZi, compatibility, timing, naming, Feng Shui, and Ask Zodiaq answers are for entertainment only. Results are not guaranteed and should not be considered financial, legal, medical, investment, or professional advice.
