Zodiaq giao sản phẩm số cá nhân hóa ngay sau khi mua. Vì báo cáo được tạo tức thì và không thể hoàn trả, mọi giao dịch là cuối cùng.
Không hoàn tiền
All Zodiaq products are digital products generated specifically for the customer based on information provided during checkout. Because digital reports, forecasts, compatibility readings, name analysis reports, date selection reports, Feng Shui reports, and Ask Zodiaq credits are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all purchases are final.

If a technical issue prevents delivery of a purchased product, Zodiaq will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue and provide access to the purchased content.
Contact team@everittventures.com with your receipt email, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue.

Xóa tài khoản
Bạn có thể xóa tài khoản bất cứ lúc nào trong Cài đặt tài khoản. Việc xóa là vĩnh viễn và loại bỏ chi tiết đọc cá nhân, hồ sơ và lịch sử Ask Zodiaq. Hồ sơ thanh toán có thể được giữ khi luật pháp, phòng chống gian lận hoặc tuân thủ tài chính yêu cầu, nhưng nội dung đọc cá nhân sẽ bị xóa hoặc ẩn danh.
Xóa tài khoản không tự động tạo hoàn tiền. Các giao dịch mua vẫn không hoàn tiền trừ khi luật pháp yêu cầu.
