Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy describes how Zodiaq (zodiaq.codes) subscription plans work, including billing through Stripe, plan features, and cancellation procedures.
1. Available Plans
Zodiaq offers the following subscription tiers:
- Starter: 1 profile, 20 Ask Zodiaq questions per month
- Pro: 1 profile, 100 Ask Zodiaq questions per month
- Family: 10 profiles, 300 Ask Zodiaq questions per month
- Professional: Unlimited profiles, Unlimited Ask Zodiaq questions per month
- Founders Lifetime: 1 profile, 100 Ask Zodiaq questions per month (one-time purchase, limited availability)
Plan limits, pricing, and included report types are displayed on our Pricingpage at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify plan features with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
2. Billing and Payment
All subscriptions are billed through Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the frequency indicated (monthly for standard plans). Charges appear on your statement as "ZODIAQ" or "ZODIAQ.CODES."
You must provide valid, current payment information. If a payment fails, Stripe will retry according to its dunning schedule. After repeated failures, your subscription status may change to "past_due" and premium access may be suspended until payment is resolved.
3. Free Trials
From time to time, we may offer free trial periods. If a trial is offered, you will be notified of the trial duration and the date billing begins. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. One trial per customer unless otherwise stated.
4. Upgrades and Downgrades
You may upgrade or downgrade through the billing portal linked from your account settings. Changes take effect according to Stripe billing rules. Downgrades may reduce profile limits and Ask Zodiaq monthly limits at the next billing period.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges. Access continues through the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.
6. Founders Lifetime
Founders Lifetime is a one-time purchase with permanent access to current Pro-level features as described on the pricing page. It does not include future tiers above Pro unless explicitly stated at purchase.
7. Entertainment Disclaimer
Zodiaq is provided for entertainment, educational, and personal reflection purposes only. All astrology, BaZi, compatibility, timing, naming, Feng Shui, and Ask Zodiaq answers are for entertainment only. Results are not guaranteed and should not be considered financial, legal, medical, investment, or professional advice.
8. Refunds
All Zodiaq products are digital products generated specifically for the customer based on information provided during checkout. Because digital reports, forecasts, compatibility readings, name analysis reports, date selection reports, Feng Shui reports, and Ask Zodiaq credits are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all purchases are final.
9. Technical Delivery
If a technical issue prevents delivery of a purchased product, Zodiaq will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue and provide access to the purchased content.
