Zodiaq delivers personalized digital products immediately after purchase. Because reports are generated instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final.
No Refunds
All Zodiaq products are digital products generated specifically for the customer based on information provided during checkout. Because digital reports, forecasts, compatibility readings, name analysis reports, date selection reports, Feng Shui reports, and Ask Zodiaq credits are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all purchases are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a report has been generated or access has been granted.
Technical Delivery Issues
If a technical issue prevents delivery of a purchased product, Zodiaq will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue and provide access to the purchased content.
Contact team@everittventures.com with your receipt email, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue.
Customer Acknowledgment
By purchasing any Zodiaq product, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from Account settings. Deletion is permanent and removes personal reading details, profiles, and Ask Zodiaq history. Payment records may be retained where required for tax, fraud prevention, or financial compliance, but personal reading content is removed or anonymized.
Deleting your account does not automatically create a refund. Purchases remain non-refundable unless required by law.
